Osta Shred Review—How Is It Possibly Legal?

There two types of people in this world. Those who want to get ahead in the weight room and those who don’t.  Unlike those who don’t want to get ahead, I took something to put me ahead.  Read my Osta Shred review to see how I became lean and mean.

Have you ever wondered how some of the guys at the gym look like superheroes (bulging muscles with paper-thin body fat?  

I did, that’s why I got myself some Osta Shred.  I’m not going to lie I had my doubts about this product. But the ingredients convinced me otherwise.

Let’s take a look at the ingredients Osta Shred has to give you the edge:

  • SARMS (stimulates androgen receptors in a selective way (steroids like effects but without the side effects)
  • Arimistane (cortisol/estrogen control product, testosterone booster)
  • L-Dopa(supports lean muscle growth and normal hormone levels)
It’s a no brainer that this product was going to do be off the shelves soon. So I had to get my hands on it.

So without further ado here’s my Osta Shred review…

Increased Stamina

I started taking one pill (twice per day), one in the morning and one at night. The first two days I didn’t notice much.  I quickly thought that I bought some bullshit over hyped product.

Maybe that was the first sign (aggression) but…

On the third day, however, after my gym session, I found myself not tired.  I could have worked out for another hour or so if, I wanted to.

This impressed me since usually, I’m ready to pass out from exhaustion. I wondered what else can this magic little bottle make me do.

Increase Strength

I felt like Superman.

One of the main things you’ll notice right away is your strength gains.  One week I’m lifting 20s the next week I’m lifting 40s!

I know it doesn’t sound like much but (5-10lb) increases in the weight room weekly, aren’t considered normal for the average gym rat.

Even on a calorie deficit (less energy) I was able to lift heavy weights and even maintain the same heavy weights without much effort.

Tip: Go easy, don’t go crazy with your weekly weight increases (Scroll Down to Joints).

Increased Aggression

Mood change is one the first things I felt right away! Everything just seemed to annoy me. I didn’t want to hear from anyone or engage in any type of conversation( check increase stamina).

Even a simple a question…

“Hey what are you up too?

…Got me very upset.

I was like the hulk ready to break stuff. At the gym, I became like other paper thinned body fat superheroes who yell out in anger after a set.

Subsequently, this lead to good things in the bedroom 😉

Hard Muscles

Man the girls are gonna love this part.  Imagine getting a pump in the gym that never fades.  Your muscles will feel so hard, even when they are not flexed.

Constant female touches and comments like…

 “wow  you’re getting huge” 


“ wow, your muscles are so hard!”

…were common.

I’m not going to lie, I really loved the feeling of permanent hard muscles and hearing girls compliment me =D

Mind to Muscle Connection

During your gym session, you’ll notice every muscle being recruited when performing an exercise.

I don’t know if it was increased concentration or what but, after my gym session, I could feel every single muscle I had.

Especially when I walked.

Felt like I could really feel or engage my muscles that I could never feel before, like rear delts or lower back.

I never knew what lean was until I tried Osta Shred.  I tried to get shredded like a bodybuilder a million gazillion times and yet,  never got this lean.

“How lean?” you’d ask.

Lean enough to see your obliques for once, not just in good lighting but in bad lighting also.

Most noteworthy was not seeing my obliques for the first time, but it was noticing that I did have abs and not just 4 pack abs, I had 6 pack abs!

However, this was near the end of the cycle (around week -6),

Tip: Patience is key, it takes some time to feel the full effects of this product.  This is not a get huge by Monday type of pill.  If you know where to get those – send me a link =D


Do you drink a lot of water?

Good, because you will feel thirsty on this—like a camel.  Come to think of it no wonder most big guys recommend drinking a lot of water 😉  

The average athlete drinks a minimum of 1 gallon per day, be prepared to drink more than that.

It’s really a pain to go drink water all the time, but then again it helps with your body running smoothly.

Tip: Buy a gallon of water or be prepared to have water nearby wherever you go. Peeing every hour or so is not uncommon.

Achy Joints

I had to put this on here because you will experience this by the middle of week 2. Depending if you followed direction  Osta Shred comes with or your own 😉 – follow Osta shred.

I followed my own 2-4 capsules per day.

My joints hurt like crazy.  I felt like an old man with no freedom of movement (stiff) which was weird considering I was consistently setting new powerlifting records in the gym and blasting through cardio.

Tip: Buy some Vital Vite you’re going to need it unless you want to be an old man. Don’t be ashamed, every weight lifter needs it. Best of all, it’s a multi vitamin and a joint supplement all in one =D

Final Thoughts

If you don’t mind the minor issue ( achy joint) which can be solved with a joint supplement…

This product will definitely get you where you want to be, provided you are

  1. Eating right
  2. Exercising hard in the gym

Therefore, give osta shred a try, you won’t regret it, I know I didn’t.
