3 Tips to Stay Organized and Increase Productivity

You know where I’m going with this. You have to stay organized if you want to find success in life. If you don’t, you’re far more likely to have your life and productivity fall into chaos. So here’s three tips you can use to make the best use of your smart drugs.

#1: Get a Good Email Client

A good email client will help you organize multiple email accounts, chat programs, and calendars.

Personally, I am a huge fan of Mailbird.

#2: Utilize Password Tools

It’s impossible to keep track of passwords these days. Websites all have different requirements for both usernames and passwords. It’s getting to the point where it’s going to take a genius to remember all of the special symbol and length requirements.

Plus, you don’t want to use the same password for all your accounts.

The last thing you want is someone to be able to get into your online banking because they managed to obtain the password you use on that Twitter account you never actually tweet from.

That would be terrible. Monetary and identity theft is not something to be trifled with.

I utilize KeePass to keep all my passwords safe, and it’s locked down on my own personal computer with several layers with it, too.

#3: Write Things Down

It’s easy for things to get lost in the digital space (like passwords).

Writing things down has made all the difference in the world for me. Using a simple weekly task calendar has helped my productivity and efficiency skyrocket. This is the one I use.

As you can see, being productive in a digital age doesn’t have to be hard. You just need the right tools for the job.
